"Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value. "I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Our group stayed in two different rooms and both met our needs — especially clean and quiet for 5 nights. Would stay there again and highly recommend it. Staff was also helpful with home-cooking restaurant recommendations nearby and holding our luggage for 6 hours after our check out enabling us to have an easier visit to two museums. Loved having the green space immediately outside the entrance to get us out and walking into a park-like setting, convenient to trams, and central station for longer distance exploration. "
