"This hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The location is about a 20 min walk from all of the sights around Shinjuku. It would have been easier to be closer to Shinjuku station. The gym is tiny and has no towels or water, which was a huge minus. In fact, it is quite hard to find enough water at the hotel. The complimentary bottles were not enough. A water station would be a great addition to not only the gym, but the hotel."

"The staff were great and the hotel is clean located in a prime Shinjuku location. I have to warn everyone, especially those who come from North America who are you used to space. This hotel room was so small you couldn’t leave your suitcase open. It had two twin beds and no where to stand or sit. There was no closet and a tiny bathroom."

"Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room--view, bed, furniture, bath/shower, Japanese toilet. My only disappointment was with the fitness room--tiny and insufficient. "

"No problems and comfortable bed, and room has almost everything you might need such as toothbrush, shaver etc. Rooms are very small. I was only able to open my suitcase fully by the entrance to the room. But that is the compromise for central Tokyo in this lower price range. I thought the lifts were quite slow and they seem to chase each other. Location is very convenient but expect lots of noise due to the location in the middle of Kabukicho. Breakfast service is OK but starts at 7am. Would be nice to be able to start earlier as on the last day, I had a 6:40am bus to catch to Haneda so missed it. "

"It’s was a good stay overall. Room were extremely small. We had to remove the heater and chair in the hallway just to fit our luggage in the room. Barely any floor space maybe suitable for a couple but not a couple with a child no space. Very outdated room and old. Showers were like a crisis shower again no room for amenities. Average place to stay."

"Great place all around. Nice firm mattresses. We had a balcony room with a beautiful view of the stadium next door. Its located in a very green space with tons of trees. It does get a little loud with traffice during the daylight hours but that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re planning to be out exploring the city. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. The amenities were great, I just wish they had more washers/dryers. Many guests use this feature and there was quite a big queue. Definitely would stay here again"
