The frustrating things were not being able to get enough towels, no information about how to access transportation, no helpful information about the city itself. "The amenities and customer service of the staff were incredible. The only negative was the housekeeping. I stayed here last new years and I noticed a huge negative difference between the housekeeping year 2024/2025 to 2025/2026. I felt like the house keeping did the bare minimum this time, which was disappointing. However, in general, I loved my stay with At Six and would/most likely will stay here again next new years."
