"The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . "Love the vibe and feeling of the hotel. The breakfast is a little basic for Swedish standards. A more simple grab-and-go style coffee machine is good quality. The room is well equipped but super small. I am not a fan of the gold down bed. If the room was more comfy with a sofa maybe but a hard bench or a super high-in-the-air bed. The bedding / pillows were just ok. I woke with a sore back. The Kitchette is well equipped for the space. The bathroom is super small. I would go again but...

"We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel! A beautiful hotel in a brilliant location, with amazing facilities and incredibly helpful, friendly staff. The infinity pool and spa are an absolute must and such a beautiful experience. The only thing I would say, particularly when travelling as a family, is that it can be difficult to fit in a spa visit during the week, as it doesn't open until 12.30pm Monday to Thursday (compared to 9.30am at weekends). I was lucky enough to experience the spa on our last day, Friday, when it opened earlier, which was perfect as we had an afternoon flight. It really made me wish the spa opened earlier on weekdays too, as it would give guests so much more opportunity to enjoy it, especially families trying to fit everything in. That said, we absolutely loved our stay. A beautiful hotel, fantastic location and wonderful staff. We would definitely return!"

"The rooms were great! Cosy and had everything we needed, very comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the bar/restaurant had great food and drinks plus live entertainment, all very enjoyable. The hotel is located really well, easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel 7 times now, and I genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Sweden! It has become my home away from home in Stockholm, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The rooms are absolutely perfect. They don’t feel like typical hotel rooms but rather like a cozy, thoughtfully designed bedroom in someone’s home. The staff, though, are what truly make this place special. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. After staying here so many times, being recognized by the staff makes me feel so welcomed and at home. That personal touch means more than I can explain. The café downstairs is another huge plus. Being able to pop down for a coffee or a drink whenever you want is such a nice convenience. The location is also fantastic! Fridhemsplan station is just a block away, with great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores all nearby. You can easily get around the city, and even Gamla Stan is only about a 20-minute walk away. Honestly, this place has everything I could ask for and more. Between the cozy rooms, amazing staff, convenient location, and the feeling of being welcomed back every time, it’s become my go-to hotel in Stockholm. I look forward to coming back every time I visit Sweden, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. If you’re considering booking this hotel, DO IT! 1000% recommend. You won’t regret it! ❤️🇸🇪"

"room was spacious and very calm (low ac noise, guests walking in the corridor) making sleep much easier buffet breakfast was fresh and of good quality / plenty of choice staff was very kind and helpful great gym there to train perfect location right in the city center making walking the city and back to the hotel very conveninent + located next to the train station which tremendously eases going to the airport"
