Great place and I have never seen a hotel also offers dinner and breakfast. Staff was to kind to feed me even I arrive around midnight

Customer service was excellent, rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was larger than most with good lighting. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could want on it. But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect.

This was the perfect location to stay in Stockholm. I was so happy I found this hotel. Right on the water in a quiet place surrounded by walking trails and out of the way of the city traffic and crowds. We just got home from a wonderful week stay at NOFO. It was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!

Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan). We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. We stayed at Hotel Skeppsholmen for the nights in May 2024. It was unseasonably warm outside, but the air-conditioned room was always nice and cool. The hotel's location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

This hotel is run very efficiently. All the staff working here are attentive and give very personalized service. Our Premium Room with Panoramic View was everything I had imagined and then some! The view was mesmerizing ……esp. at night. Watching the moon juxtaposed with the majestic City Hall was stunning. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and a great way to start the day. Will most certainly stay at this hotel …… and this room the next time we are in Stockholm!

Very nice hotel for what you pay for

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its central location, stunning views from the rooms, and exceptionally helpful staff made our holiday truly special. Highlights included the outstanding breakfast and the fantastic running corner inside the hotel, where guests could try Saucony running shoes and join the Nordic team on their morning runs. A special shoutout to the Room Division Manager, who handled a small misunderstanding during check-in with great professionalism, kindness, and care....
