"The property is located in a convenient location with lots of dining options. There is busy night life in the neighbourhood which may feel dodgy to walk solo at night but Japan is a very safe country as a whole. Rooms are small but clean. We booked separate rooms for each of us and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. "We have stayed in Nagaoka a few times. This hotel is the best. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is probably the best in all of Niigata prefecture. The rooms are renovated leaving us with the best large and highest pressure shower I've ever had."

"以前にも泊まった事があり、食事が最高に美味しかったのでまた行きました。相変わらず晩ご飯も朝ご飯も大満足でした。晩ご飯は個室で食べられらるのでゆっくり落ち着いて食べられました。お風呂場は少し狭く古いですが、部屋は綺麗にしてますし、枕も良くてしっかり寝れました。また行きたいです。"
