"Villa Green Grass guest house is a family business and it runs at professional level by a very friendly couple together with their mother. My family felt totally at home. The guest house itself has lots of space and is nicely organized to fit to specific needs of skiers (such as a special room with heat to dry all your wet clothes after a full day skiing). The guest house has the best location for skiers as it situates near to the ski resorts and ski equipment and clothes renting place. Anyone...

Top Niigata Prefecture Hotel Reviews

Toyoko Inn Nagano-eki Higashi-guchi

10/10 Excellent

"Estancia agradable y acorde a un Hotel que se preocupa, por dar satisfacción al cliente."

Art Hotel Niigata Station

10/10 Excellent

"Very very conveniently located hotel attached to Niigata station but very quiet and semi secluded. Rained the 4 days I was there but have no fear. Niigata station is massive with everything you need and then some. Fantastic. Didn’t deal with staff because of self check in at front desk. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa

8/10 Good

"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot spring was great. The hotel bus driver and restaurant staff were very friendly."

Livemax Resort Echigo Yuzawa

10/10 Excellent

"Position is convenient for train and restaurants. Onsen area was fabulous alternating temperature between the 2 pools each day. All the personal care items you need. Microwave on each floor is handy. There was at least 1 english speaking staff on front counter at all times. Dinner a little expensive but food was nice."
