We absolutely loved the onsen/natural springs!
The room was very stylish and lovely.
The hotel really relaxed us after a day of sightseeing. Nothing like a good soak to relax your mind AND body! We stayed in two other hotels during our 8 night stay in Japan and we voted this one our favorite!

Was a great hotel. Room was a bit small and the worst part was the bed was too low to the floor so you couldn't store a suitcase closed underneath, I had to open mine and slide it under. Overall staff was nice and they helped ship our luggage to Osaka. Also directly across from the train was superior! So helpful and would stay here again.

Amazing value, felt very luxurious and everything was super clean and thoughtful to the smallest details. The onsen was clean, they provided a lovely welcome drink, free snacks, and a great gym. Decent location. Thanks for the stay and will be back!

Very convenient location near restaurants, shopping and main train station. Located one block away from Kyoto tower which has food court on the basement floor. Hotel has a public sauna and provides robes (japanese style). We stayed 5 nights and will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Overall, a great stay in Kyoto for tourists: convenient location; friendly service and ample ammenities; high quality breakfast buffet; and spacious & comfortable room. Would highly recommend!

The property itself was nice and the staff was helpful. They have a Concierge to help you with any reservations needed or travel plans. The food was okay, and the beds were very hard. But the location was very convenient across from the train station. The hotel is very busy.

The location is perfect for those who will go to places by trains or buses because it is right across the Kyoto train station. We love that they open the breakfast area for guests to help themselves with water, tea, etc. you could even get convenient store food/snack and eat there. We enjoyed our stay there.
