"This is a very roomy place for Japan. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The air conditioners both work very well too. The main strength of this rental is it’s ridiculous proximity to Kyoto Station. It’s a 2 minute walk if you’re slow. All three beds are Asian style, very firm. The shower/bath area is Asian style. There is a Western style toilet. The glass door/wall entry, though easy, is unusual. I don’t think this property began as a residence but more likely a business of some...

"Overall, our stay experience was good. Thanks. We needed to pay extra tax 200Yen per day/person, that is a lot, comparing to other hotels, some of them don't even charge the tax. One of our room is far away from the elevator."

"The room was clean and quiet. They have the most hard and uncomfortable pillows ever. Every day I turned my bed around and 3 times they turned it back so I had to turn it around again. Other than when we arrived no one ever said irrashaimase or made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good value."
