"So convenient for a late night arrival, being connected to the airport. Property was nicely decorated and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, great bath with amenities included, and super nice to have a mini fridge for snacks - especially with a Lawson’s convenience store just steps from the lobby. Great stay and would definitely book again!"

"This hotel was within walking distance of universal studios and universal city walk. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only complaint is that there should be a change machine for the laundry room since the washers and dryers only accept 100 jpy coins."

"This was one of my favorite accommodations when I visited. It was an entire apartment, so the unit was huge and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. Self check-in and check-out was surprisingly easy and there was some staff on site to assist with questions. The main lobby had vending machines for drinks and food which were very convenient if we just needed a quick snack. There were also yukata available for use that you can pick up downstairs. The restaurant was next door and had an amazing view of Osaka. The spa is also free if you’re staying at the Rise which was a huge win. If you’re using public transport, options were rather limited. It was at least a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus, train station, and convenience store. It’s not a difficult walk but can be a challenge if you have children or (like me) traveling in the heat of summer. Also since there is not front desk staff, it makes it rather difficult if you have any questions about the property."

"Hotel is not fancy, just exactly what I need for layover one night. great location if you are just looking for where close to the Kansai airport. The train station is just right next to hotel, just one stop from the airport to the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Park Front Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right next to Universal Studios Japan, making it incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent views and great amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything felt well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Universal Studios. Thank you for a fantastic experience!"
