Interesting old 5-star.

There is a kind of interesting feel about this hotel in that it is old and reasonably maintained, the floors having many passageways and stairways, elevators and it seems that you can't go anywhere in the hotel without seeing many staff or guests, which is nice. The shower was amazing, perched so high in the air and flowing strongly. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning working. The gym is interesting, but not well maintained and there is a lack of care about it, although we used it every day. Breakfast is good, plentiful with lots of variety as well as the traditional Indian breakfast dishes. The pool on the roof is small and seems more like a fountain as it is locate right next to the rooftop bar/restaurant, so you might feel like you were swimming in a fountain. This hotel is for the older crowd, it seems, and definitely located in central Nagpur, hence its name.

It was shocking to have booked through Expedia and reaching hotel having a confirmed reservation and being told that the reservation was not there and then being told as the rate was low and hence cancelled Then had to pay and get a room at the hotel. But I guess the next day they credited I think and was able to stay the next day for the paid fare

Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur India

It is a really cute and clean hotel. I was surprised by the quality of the room as well as the care of the staff. There is no view from the room and it is not in the center of town which may be a problem, but otherwise very comfortable.
