The bedrooms are divided with two on the left and two on the right side of home, sharing a newly renovated bathroom between each pair. "Price's Place" offers a private backyard, secluded by nature, with plenty of space for the family to enjoy outside activities while taking advantage of the outside grill and picnic area. *All of our homes in the Old Nags Head Cove Community have access to the ONHC Clubhouse which offers a Nags Head Sound-Front pool for $6 per person per day or $135 for the entire week for a group up to 6. The association also offers a club house, sound front picnic area, sound front basketball & volleyball court, a boat ramp on Albacore St ($45 per boat plus $10 key deposit), and a private sound-front beach access area.
** To keep rental costs down, this OBX home does not provide linens. However, a linen package can be provided for an extra fee. Please contact Cove Realty of Nags Head for more information on this home's linen rental package. Also, Cove Realty is a Green company that limits excessive waste. As such, linens, toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and so forth, are not supplied at the rental home, so please be mindful to bring these with you or be ready to purchase upon arrival to the Outer Banks.
