"AC not working well in the common living area and the 2 bedrooms on the same floor."

"The stay was nice. The windows were very dirty. I had to clean the downstairs windows in order to see out. Dust build up on window blinds and window sills. Dust build up on baseboards. Refrigerator is very dirty. Place definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Ice maker did not work."

"We came to stay for April vacation! It was my 8 year old son, myself and my boyfriend. The property was beautiful! We grilled on the porch and walked to the beach everyday! We loved the mini golf near by and the beach the best. I highly recommend staying at the property and we would love to come back!"

"Rental was clean and as advertised. Pre teen boys LOVED the game room. Game room does have separate outside entrance so FYI. Furniture was comfy and plenty of it. Sheets were a bit scratchy but no other complaints. Fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach, Torutugas Lie, and Surfin Spoon. Would stay again!!"

"We traveled to Nags Head for a family vacation, Sugaree was a great choice for us to stay. We had 5 people andl there was more than enough for everyone. The house was clean, location to the beach was amazing, hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. Restaurants and shopping was nearby and convenient. We drove to Corolla to see the wild horses and the City of Duck for doughnuts was great! We would definitely stay here again"

"We loved the location. Just my husband and I and our little furbaby 💜 The only thing I would suggest is a complimentary roll of toilet paper. As soon as we got there, we had to go to the store. I loved sitting on the porch just listening to the waves and watching my husband fish. It was a wonderful weekend getaway."

"We had the best weather in the 90's and NO rain. Ocean was warm and pleasant. The only glitch was we had no cable from Tues. until we left this morning, this was called in on Wed. but I guess it was lost somewhere between the rental co. and their work order section didn't really bother us too much with great weather and a killer classic rock station (95.3) We had the best of what was a relaxing vacation!!!! "We had a great stay at the canal home. There were beautiful views of the canal in the back and ocean in the front. Lots of fun things to do on the property and in the area. We loved having the bikes to ride around the area. There are speed limit signs that everyone respected so it made bike riding and walking safe. Lots of great seating in the back to drink coffee relax by the water. Very short drive to jeanette's pier which is where we parked for the beach. Lots of shops and food stores near...
