The location and cleanliness of the unit was great. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a strong AC to cool the room down quickly and keep it comfortable during our stay. The in room refrigerator and freezer was nice to keep the drinks and snacks we picked up at the Lawson mini market right next door fresh. One note, traveling from the USA, we were not aware this accommodation had a water heater that needed to be turned on for hot water. There is a water heater control panel right next to the light switch you’ll need to turn on and set to a max of 50 Celsius (recommended by the hotel). Also the three on-site parking spaces right next to the building entry way must be reserved in advance. If you have a rental car, a reserved spot will make things more convenient otherwise we were able to find a 12hr parking operator right down the street about 250-300 meters if you come out the main building and make a left from the Lawson (you’ll see it on the right). There is an attendant 24/7. First 12hrs are 800 and each 30min after is 100. Only part of our stay that was a bit frustrating was the self checkin. We booked through Expedia and had not received our 8 digit code to unlock the digital key box for our room key. We had to scan a QR code, translate the site, and register our stay with photos of our passport, address, etc to get the code. All in all, not a big deal but it would have been nice if Expedia arranged this before arrival.

The self check in process was easy by using the touchscreen by the entry. The apartment feels safe and secure, the room was comfortable and clean and even has washer and dryer.

You're basically getting a fully furnished apartment with a full size fridge, AC, washer and dryer. The bathroom is basically a walk in shower with curtains separating the toilet – nothing fancy but fully functional. No room or linen service, so it's up to you to keep it clean. Just like at home. It's cozy and roomy (by Japanese standards) and convenient and it's up to you to make it what you want.

The cooking utensils need to be borrowed for ¥550. I thought they stayed with the kitchen as otherwise I wouldn’t rent this place. The pillows were too low. Didn’t sleep well. As there was no staffer around, I didn’t bother to email to ask. There was a washing machine and a dryer, which is nice. I wish there was a cabinet next to the bed for putting my stuff. I also wish the check in time can be more flexible during non-peak season. I ended up taking my luggage with me to hang around International Street as there are no coin lockers around.

チェックインも簡単で、部屋までもすぐ行けるのがとても良い。 レンタカーを借りる際は駐車場もすぐ下にあるので、要予約ですがアクセスはとても良い。 タオルの交換は電話をして、使用済みを外の扉にかけておくと新品と取り替えてくれる。 連泊で素晴らしいところは、洗濯機と乾燥機がついているところ（洗剤&柔軟剤は置いてありましたもし香りが好みではない場合でも目の前のコンビニで売ってます）、乾燥機はガスなのでフワフワに乾く。 ドライヤーはコンパクトなタイプなので髪が長い方は乾かすのに時間がかかるかもしれません。 今回の部屋は浴槽がついてないタイプだったのですが、シャワーのみでもお風呂場はかなり広い。 モノレールもほぼ目の前なので、空港から来る際タクシーが混んでいたらモノレールの利用もありです。 ※備え付けのケトル、電子レンジ、ドライヤーを同時に使うとブレーカーが落ちてしまうので注意して使用してください、万が一ブレーカーが落ちても洗面台の上にすぐ復帰できる基盤あり（緊急の電話対応も早くてよかったです） アメニティはカミソリと歯ブラシとヘアブラシがあります。 ホテルの並びには居酒屋さんはたくさんあるので夜はお酒を飲む方でしたら選び放題です。 朝食設備はないので、前の日に買って冷蔵庫を利用して部屋で済ませるか、近所のモーニングをやってるところを探すといいと思います。 チェックアウトも専用サイトにアクセスして、チェックアウトボタンを押すだけで完了、鍵はポストにいれて終わりなので１分もかかりません。 また利用したいと思います。

チェックインが遅くなるので電話したところ対応はとてもよかった。立地もいいし、洗濯洗剤や、お皿やコップも置いてあり、コンドミニアムホテルとしてはとてもよいと思いました。ただ、部屋は綺麗だったのに、タオルに大量の髪の毛が付着していたり、シャワーカーテンがかびてたり、禁煙ルームのはずがベランダに大量に吸い殻があったり、ちょっと神経質な人には耐えられない部分がありました。神経質な人はコンドミニアムホテル使わない方がいいんだろうけど。コンドミニアムホテルは初めての利用なので比較が難しいけど安いホテルの方がいい、という結論になりこの評価とさせていただきました。

部屋の清掃には基本入ってくれませんが自分の使い方次第なんで気にならないです。掃除機もあり、何より洗濯機＋乾燥機があるので使ったタオルとかも洗えますし、タオル交換も不要です。　場所もまぁまぁ良い場所にありますのでリピートしたいと思います。 目の前にローソンがあるのもポイント高いです。

洗濯機は使えたが、乾燥機はエラーコード61で一切使えず、あてにしていたのに使えないのは明らかな不備で宿泊代金の一部を返金して欲しいぐらいでした。 しかも使おうとしたのが夜だったためどこに連絡すれば良いのかわからなかった。 それ以外のアメニティ、清掃、ベッドメイキングは良かった。 ただ私に取って一番大事なランドリーが使えなかったのは星一つになってしまう。

夜11時半ごろにシャワーを出したところ水しか出ませんでした。人が駐在していない施設なので 予約センターにメールしたところ、ガスメーターの再起動ボタンを押してみてとの返信が直ちにあり、無事に復旧しました。チェックインしたらすぐにチェックすべきだと思いました。
