"Staff is very polite and food is amazing. Also, the best part is that property is nature friendly, they haven’t cut down the trees and made them as part of property. The view is amazing here and just to add - the security guard here plays very good flute which is very soothening. More things to do here - indoor games, outdoor games and a swimming pool."

"Indoor Pool & Gazebo is the strength , they have beautiful lake with water sports activities available so it’s fun to stay inside the property as well. Pounta sahib gurudwara is also 30-40 min drive from here & Nahan is also with 25-30 min range. not to much option available near the property but worth staying for at least 2 nights "

"This property is excellent to relax n enjoy. Hospitality is superb and not to miss the food.I went with my family last week only. Every staff was so courteous , caring and affectionate that I really wanted to extend my stay. Food was superb except the samber that was a bit on the sweet mode . I think it should be changed as those who want sweet taste can add sugar but reverse cant be done. Otherwise must visit place😊"

"Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance."

"Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them on lean on them. "

"We stayed in a very cold spell in January, suite was lovely with very comfortable bed but bathroom had no heating, despite asking at reception on three occasions no attempt was made to provide a portable heater. This made the bathroom unusable. "
