"We loved our overnight stay at the Hampton. Room were spotless,beds super comfortable and good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Kelowna airport with a shuttle so is ideal for an early morning flight."

"The stay was overall decent, but a couple things stood out. The breakfast was not great and felt quite limited compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. It didn’t feel very fresh and there weren’t many good options. Also, EV charging is available but costs $0.46, which was a bit disappointing since many other hotels typically offer this for free, whereas nearby chargers were $0.24/kwh, It would have been a nice perk to charge at the hotel especially for EV drivers."

"A very nice resort atmosphere with the rooftop hot tubs & infinity pool but small maintenance items such as scarred walls / doors & silicone refresh req'd in the washrooms is making this resort starting to look tired. In addition, there were no USB ports in the our room, which made phone charging impossible. VERY disappointed that a self-proclaimed high end resort would have a parking charge of $24 / day + an amenities charge of $20 / day. Also surprised that a complimentary capucinno machine wasn't available in the lobby as a welcoming touch. Even the Kanata Inns have such a setup. The staff were very helpful & friendly though. "

"Kitchen isn’t well stocked. More importantly it’s a joining room which is mentioned and makes it very noisy and feel like others are in your room. Can’t open windows and located right in the parking lot so was very loud. AC is super noisy window unit. Wouldn’t return. "

"Overall great experience, lovely staff, clean room , breakfast was included which was a great perk. Only suggestion would be to have the indoor pool warm. It was very cold . "

"First room (101- pet friendly) was quite disgusting. The smell of cigars/cigarettes and body odor knocked you over as you open the door. . 2nd room was better. But not very clean. The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom desperately needs a wipe down. Needless to say I actually cleaned the room myself. Garbage in hallway was there for several days. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. "
