"This was a great hostel, the staff were genuinely friendly and the hostel itself was clean and in a great location. It's close to the action and the walking street but you can't hear a peep when your are tucked away in your room. The hostel was brand new when we stayed in it so they were still working out some kinks and doing some renos but when it is all done it will be even better. "Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"It was a decent stay but I wasn't a fan of the cleanliness of the place. Inside my cubby wasn't the cleanest as there was some stuff on the walls and it made me feel grossed out and the moldy wet smell wasn't my favorite either. Also, the beds were hard and not all that comfy. Other than that it was in a very convenient area and liked that I was able to quickly get some food or do laundry without hastle."

"Pros : Helpful staff. Water and cookies available to all in lobby. There’s a pool. There’s a shopping mall close. Cons : The “family room” is minuscule. We were two and had just enough space for us and luggage. There is no way a 4 people family could fit in there with luggage. We booked a ride to Koh Phi Phi from the hotel, the driver was late and it took 3 tries to book it as the computer & app didn’t work."
