"We lake our room always nice and tidy especially thanks to Lula a lady looking after our room very friendly and hard worker.And also beautiful breakfast, pool and all the amenities so nice ."

"Breakfast, there wasn’t a wide choice and not much fruit. There wasn’t any signage around what could be cooked on request. A bar/restaurant was advertised but this was either closed or did not exist but there was a large advertisement for this Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed, however hand towels were not provided. there were 4 adults staying in a family room but only 2 mugs and glasses. Room facilities need to reflect occupancy. Our stay was not affected by the above as we only stayed 1 night but anything longer I would have requested additional items."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!"

2/10 Terrible

"Hotel is undergoing renovations, very noisy and too loud I had uncomfortable trip. Even the room sound isolation is an issue , you can literally hear your neighbors talk and their phone ringing in the middle of the night. You can hear the upper room dragging tables and chairs even when the house keeping are cleaning rooms you can hear their work loud. Only thing I liked is near to the beach access."
