Great stay and wonderful staff.

The only issue I had was my door was opened by someone when I was asleep but I had the security lock on therefore they couldn’t come in.

We only got one night, between flights. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the airport. Nice staff, clean rooms. Overall the experience was great.

Fairly new hotel, within a short walking distance to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice. They also have bicycles available. There are some restaurants nearby. It's about 15 minute walk to Nai Yang beach, which is a nice beach in a quieter part of Phuket. I had originally booked for one night, but decided to extend my stay.

The staff was great very nice polite and I remember your name and they always ask you if you are OK and you doing all right you can see that it was very concerned about your stay at hotel

Best beach in Thailand. Hotel is big and secure. Staff is very helpful and friendly. But breakfast is poor compared to other 5* hotels that we have been to. Otherwise this is the best location for family holiday

Staff were exceptional!

This hotel is a little isolated and right on the beach. Just what we were looking for. With 4 pools, a water slide, games rooms for kids, pool table, complimentary library, inexpensive restaurant right on the beach offering a free well proportioned kids meal with each adult meal, it worked out well for our family of four. There is a laundromat on site and the spacious rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and all the cutlery and crockery you need. Surprisingly there's a Tesco-Lotus supermarket...

Such a beautiful property. I came here with a toddler & an 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating. The staff were very helpful. It is also such a perfect location on the beach. You will need to walk across the street and go down a few steps but it’s not bad at all. I’d highly recommend this property. Super picturesque- especially the rooftop pool!

Simple clean quiet walking distance from the beach honestly 10/10 you can rent a scooter for 300 baht a day definitely a hidden gem

I Stayed at the Naka for 4 nights in the 3-bedroom villa. The space, views and service were incredible. As you pull up to the open air lobby, you will be blown away by the views. The villa was massive, with two floors, three bedrooms, four baths, common indoor and outdoor spaces, and private infinity plunge pool. Awesome space for a family stay. The amenities on site were also great - restaurant offering free extensive breakfast buffet, workout facilities with daily fitness class schedules...

Very nice resort hotel located on its own private bay. Great for families and there were lots of kids. Although I enjoyed this resort very much I would of rather stayed in Patong. I was here to see Phuket area. I was traveling with another adult so the kid part I could of done without but not that I don't like kids! We did get a stomach bug and was down for over 24 hrs.
