"Gorgeous property, breathtaking view from the room, private space, beautifully decorated, many dining options, including a Michelin star restaurant. Staff and concierge offer impecable service. The spa facilities are excellent, including massage and sauna, but missing jet pool. The beach is amazing in high tide, but does not look very nice I low tide when one cannot swim. Food in the restaurants is way overpriced even with compared with top resorts with much better food such as the fairmont mayakoba: e.g., brunch at Trisara is usd$93+tax+service, similar for lunch and dinner is more. The breakfast is included and it is excellent. I would definitely recommend Trisara and I would come back, but I hope they reduce the prices of food or offer an all inclusive."

"For the price the property and service were incredible. We could check in early and out a little late. It was walkable to the beach but through an area under construction currently. Heavily Russian tourist area. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Kids bedding was shabby and the fridge was not very cold but the “popsicle phone” by the pool and the slide made up for it! Was quiet and cool enough in the rooms. For the price I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short stay in Phuket. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Angsana. Joe at Front office offered impeccable service and helped elevate our stay by ensuring we were able to be located close to our family so the young kids could spend even more time together during the holiday. We didn't spend much time outside of the resort and the surrounding facilities (which are accessible by boat shuttle around the lagoon), mainly because the resort offers access to everything. During our stay we got to participate in the hotel's Songkran festivities which were education, and festive. THANK YOU to the whole team for involving the guests as you did! We really enjoyed the morning! Service at the pool bar was fantastic and lively in the afternoons, and the kids loved the inflatable waterslide available in the main pool area. The kids club felt a little limited- it was extremely warm and humid during our stay and the indoor room at kids club has only a ball pit- but plenty of space to activate other options. our kids did quite a few of the paid activities like the pizza making/ painting etc. and loved them all.
