"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I suggest you walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and a few restaurants around, but not much. The area is quiet, except for the planes. "The owner cancelled the booking 24 hours before our arrival, nobody was at the place when we arrived, I had to call the owner only to be told he had no room for us but some emergency accomodation what was not in the same place, not the same kind we booked etc."

"Die Zimmer liegen neben einer Schnellstraße. Weit und breit kein Restaurant. Frühstück oder sonstiges Essen und Trinken nicht vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es 50 Minuten. All das war bei Expedia nicht zu sehen. Ich hatte für 7 Tage gebucht, bin aber nach der 2. Nacht geflohen. Für die restlichen 5 Nächte wurde mir nichts erstattet."

"This place has an amazing vibe. I loved my stay here (just under two weeks). It had everything I needed. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily when I was out like clock work. The difference between Baan Rosa and resorts/hotel chains is it actually feels like a home. I couldn’t fault it. It was an absolute retreat for me and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bangtao area."

"Very quaint place and unique design. Lots of lounging area to chill and relax. There's a small stream at the restaurant that adds to the vibes. Overall a nice place for those looking to escape the bustling city life. Downside is the location is far from beach. Takes about 10 mins walk to get to the main street with restaurants and convenience store. Restaurant at the resort is not open on Monday or late enough if you want food at night."
