"A very nice and modern hotel. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. High quality bedding and fixtures. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also close to the airport - less than 10 minutes drive in off peak hours and less than 30 minutes drive in peak hour. This is incredible given the extremely congested roads in Manila!"

"What a nightmare! I booked a condo-hotel last minute for a group of 8 and paid a good amount of money for it, only to be charged again for a separate entrance fee which was quite a lot! The unit did not have any towels, not even soap and shampoo! The internet provided was the prepaid-type and it sucked! The elevator was broken. The place needs work and there is a fee for any amenity that you want to use. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!"

"Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."

"Dirty, poorly maintained, no mattress on main bed, just 1 inch foam on plywood, sink wasn’t draining and was terribly stained, mould on caulking. Ac unit is dirty. Pictures are really deceptive."

"I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."

"Yohan’s Coolspace Tagaytay is a wonderful property with a 23 floor building which has a lovely view over lovely Tagaytay. The representative Kay is friendly, kind and hospitable. We have stayed for several weeks in various rooms, each being clean comfortable with all amenities. I highly recommend Yohan’s Coolspace for travelers visiting beautiful Tagaytay."

"The restaurant food is good and reasonable. But the unit that we have room210 is terrible. The bathroom curtain is so filthy. There’s mosquitoes inside and I was bitten several times . The area rugs are so dirty. The toiletries are very low."
