"Taal Vista Hotel is truly one of a kind. This is not a hotel you compare to modern chain properties—and that’s exactly its charm. It’s historic, nostalgic, and carries an older, classic style that gives it real character. The rooms may feel dated to some, but that’s part of the experience. It’s not for everyone, but it was absolutely perfect for me and my family. Many have already mentioned the beautiful views, and they are absolutely magical. Waking up to the scenery and enjoying it throughout the day truly elevates the entire stay and adds to the hotel’s timeless appeal. The food was another highlight of our stay. There’s a great selection at very reasonable prices, and everything we tried—from the breakfast buffet to ordering à la carte from the menu—was delicious. A fun bonus was the trio of singers who perform for guests and will sing just about any song you request, which really added to the overall experience. What truly sets Taal Vista apart is the staff. The level of hospitality is outstanding. Everyone—and I mean everyone—goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The team is consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Bernadette and Joy, who made our stay especially memorable and made us feel genuinely pampered.
