Bedding is comfy and shower / water power / bath products & amenities are good. Public bath is so new with nice indoor pool and sauna. Enjoyed so much the clean and quiet ambience especially the outdoor pool in garden setting. Night shift staff at concierge good in English and very helpful."

"Quiet and soothing location on the foothills of ski slopes . Kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with pots and pans , cups and even salt and pepper and soya sauce . Even toaster, kettle, coffee machine , rice cooker , fridge, microwave are all provided in the room . Views are breathtaking. There is a washing machine and even soap is provided. Size of rooms and bathrooms are really big in comparison to general Japanese hotels .Many supermarkets are a within a 2 min driving distance .No restaurant or cafe in the property . Reception team is very helpful . Enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel is in woods, and very quiet. We drove on a cart around the property, and picked up some vegetables that the hotel grows and use for the meals. The breakfast was very good."
