My daughter and brother loved their stay at Fedha. The cleanliness, amenities and overall the stuff were so nice and helpful to them. The apartments are so spacious and worth every penny. They are private no noise and safe.

The ladies at the front desk, the night watch and the security staff for being very helpful, kind and always made me feel welcome. Nice family place to stay in Nairobi

Excellent place and quite for family. But, please consider putting a curtain in the kitchen area overlooking the patio/balcony. The privacy is compromised.

I felt very safe. My room was facing a number of bars/restaurants so it got really loud at late night. The service was great though, from security, check-in to check-out. I was bitten by a mosquito which I was able to kill and sucked a lot of blood off me - they need to address this to avoid guests getting sick from mosquito bites.

I only spent one night at Fedha Residences but I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was quick and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the single room, and while it is very small, it works for a short stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. They also provide a kettle, tea bags and sugar, as well as a bottle of water. The compound is secure and is close to shops and restaurants.

Liked how we were welcomed. Were shown three difference room to choose one. That is where the good things ended. The room was full of mosquitoes and had to go and get the to spray the room with mosquito spray. They did not want to give the spray to us because they told they only have one spray for the whole property. No extra blankets when requested. In all we did not have the good night sleep. We do not think the residence is worth the money we paid; unfortunately. George

Good price, but the rooms are too small. Management should offer breakfast even if it's a continental breakfast. Also, it would good to have some decent soap and shampoo and lotions as well.

Property is very spacious, great appearance, friendly staff. I did not like them alerting me to my overbooking when I was checking in to the property, could have done so by email long before it was too late to get my refund. Did not like them telling me at checkout that I could have had family or friends occupy the 2nd apartment. I made a mistake in booking 2 apartments instead of one because of wording confusion, I thought Executive Room meant one room. It would have been nice if property had emailed to confirm booking details before I flew into the country Floors were nice but a health hazard when wet, very slippery in the shower. Dining chairs are sagging and need to be replaced or reupholstered.

The apartment that was booked was nothing like shown on the web page with a lot less facilities. I had to find another apartment that was more appropriate which cost an extra $1200, money I did not have readily available.

Fedha er topp!

Helt supert enda en gang på Fedha!! Alt klaffet,mosquitonett var satt opp og kjøleskapet var kaldt og fint da jeg kom. Internet funket fint og utvalget av tv kanaler var veldig bra. Den type leiligheter de har på Fedha kan ikke måle seg med noe annet jeg har funnet i Nairobi. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, store luftige rom,gode senger og rent og pent.

I liked the location of the property, very central and also in a serene area. It is close to my Bank, Equity Diaspora Branch and Yaya Mall. For the prize the twin room C4 is very tiny, no work desk or phone. It felt very tight. Basic amenities should be reviewed.The staff were accommodating. I requested them to fix the hot water and it was done promptly. There was a problem with the toilet sometimes as it appeared not flushed, there may be a plumbing issue. The bathroom door needs to be changed as it opens inside the room leaving no space to move freely. Perhaps a sliding door could fix the problem. Sometimes the towels looked warn.

don't stay here

mosquitos a lot . becasue there no mosquitoes net at window and do not close window after make up room. when you check in , please check properly with enough detail by everyday . if you do not that one , you need pay a lot for missed stuff and staff will ask you pay missed things so everynight you need check up inventory otherwise you need pay . even if made take small thing , you still need pay. when you stay here , don't trust anyone.
