"夏に登山の為利用しましたお部屋は清潔感がありとても綺麗でしたスタッフの方はお一人しかいないようでしたが丁寧に対応して頂きましたのでここまでの評価は良いのですがただエアコンがなくて本当に暑くて熱中症の心配しましたいくら雪国でもエアコンが無くては快適には過ごせません"

"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan).
