"The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager.
