"A few tips!
1. When ubering, the driver will drop you off at a random place. It's better to get dropped of CU convenient store next to the hotel.
2. I booked through Expedia and I assumed breakfast was included. But it was not. Either the booking options weren't clear or was not written (hence assumed).
3. If you book through their Anook app, you can get a late checkout and a 10% discount.
4. The twin room beds are tiny, just fyi.
Otherwise, my experience was great overall. The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk staff (김동현 님) who listened to my concerned and helped/offered a later checkout. These small things matter when it comes to customer service. I hope to come back again!"
