"Great location, excellent rooms. If you ask for any pillows or anything extra there will be a charge. Staff is nice but unwilling to help provide any tips outside of the hotel (ie tourist spots, local food). Do your research prior to arriving. "

"Very nice property and a pretty good deal if you can get a promotional price. We paid around $200 per night thru hotels.com and felt it was well worth it. The location is a little out of the way, which we preferred as it was much quieter at night. It was still central enough to walk to subways and easy to grab taxis. There are some fine options for food and drinks within walking distance, but it’s worth venturing out more as transport is not expensive. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, especially the valet / bellmen. We had no issues with noise (but we did request a quiet room, so you can do that for good measure). "

"Great location for my needs and loved the extra amenities such as communal kitchens on each floor, self-service laundry. I stayed in the King premium suite and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. The room service menu options were quite limited, reception staff members were ok."

"I went back as I've been before - but my 'romantic memories' were soon washed away. I was quickly reminded that the elevators takes forever (as in it is actually a problem), the staff has an attitude, and the rooms are small (with absolutely no option to work - not even a lounge). I was provided with an accessible room for guests with disabilities, which is no issue. But the bathroom floor had no inclination, so I was left with a wet floor for hours. Next morning i paid a fortune for breakfast only to be asked to dine in the lobby by the arrogant host in the resutant. The gym is great and the area is cool (like 10 minutes walking though), but that is simply not enough for me to ever come back. Will recommend you to explore alternative options as it is likely a better use of time and resources."

"The location is truly top-notch—within walking distance to Eonju, Sinnonhyeon, and Gangnam stations. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me. Although Expedia listed this as a 5-star hotel, I would rate it no more than 4 stars. The room felt dated, the chair at the desk squeak upon any movement. Even small details like the retractable laundry line above the bathtub didn't work properly; after I pulled it out, the string failed to recoil back into the holder. Housekeeping was a major letdown. The bathroom floor mat was removed on day one and never replaced until my final day. A face towel was taken on day three and also not replaced until my last day. On day three, one of the bathrobes was removed and never replaced (though since I was alone, the second one sufficed), nor was I given bottled water. On my last day, the room finally had a floor mat, two face towels, and two bathrobes. I found a pumpkin seed under the desk, clearly left by a previous guest. One small positive: I was on a low floor and could open the window for fresh air, which was a nice touch. Prior to my stay, I messaged the hotel to ask about the airport bus at 2 AM and whether the airport bus served the hotel. I was assured that the bus does stop right in front. However, upon arrival at Incheon airport, I discovered this is only true after 6:30am. Given the price, the dated condition of the room, and the poor housekeeping, I likely won't return—despite the location."

"The hotel is in a fairly good location away from the noise of Itaewon night life but close enough to almost everything. Beds were comfortable and the decor was modern and fresh with a youthful vibe. Staff were helpful as I had a little issue with booking via Uber app and they were quick to assist. The socket in the room is mostly 220 and you would need an adaptor. Coming from the US, I wasn’t prepared for this but they were kind enough to offer an adaptor or you could get one at a nearby convenience store. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and if you like some night life, this is also a good place. "
