"The hotel is located at very convenient area near subway station. But the bed is hard like sleeping on the ground more over, I informed originally the checkout time is 2pm, and when I got out around 1 20, which is earlier than that, i heard the housekeeper was swearing and complaining not coming out earlier. "Acceptable clean. No english from the personel. Good bathroom. Unacceptable hard bed, used my bedding and have to put it under sheets, and picked another sheet in the corridor as a new sheet, without that it had been unacceptable. This was a "love hotel" for loving pairs and other, condoms and porn on tv. That part was acceptable, not too disturbing "

"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"

"Our stay was overall enjoyable. The pricing for the suite was reasonable. Front desk had proficient English. Our suite came with split AC units as well as radiant floor heating. Quirk is that they only provide 3 keys maximum for four guests and these are also required for all power in the unit. Originally we would leave the card out during the day but the house would be come intolerably hot upon our return home.
