Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. "건물 이름이 제가 예약한 숙소가 아니라 1차로 당황. 체크인 시 무인 키오스크로 신분증까지 보여야 해서 2차 당황 했지만 그외는 모두 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 침대도 편안하고, 같이 있는 카페도 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 재방문 의사 있습니다."

"Beautiful views! We loved our room at the SL Hotel Gangneung as they were spacious, very clean and comfortable and they had amazing views! The buffet breakfast was a big bonus. Overall an excellent stay!"

"It was a clean and comfortable hotel. The room has a kitchenette in it which is nice for cooking meals. There is also a balcony with a nice view of the ocean. The TV is very small, they only provide two small hand towels and no soap or shampoo so bring your own. Overall, it's a great value for the price. I would stay there again if you're looking for something cheap, clean and close to the beach."

"Very friendly owner, easy to check in and out. Studio were very spacious and quiet. Only problem was place didn’t have any cups or glasses, so bring your own cups and glasses. Otherwise I would recommend this place."
