"Room was very small with no room for luggage and 2 people but that is probably fairly typical for Tokyo. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. Staff very helpful."

"The room was clean and quiet but extremely small. You cannot open your suitcase and lay in the bed at the same time. The bathroom was prefabricated requiring you to step up about 8 inches into the room. I would also recommend have an English Language TV station available. "

"Clean room, as a female solo traveler I highly recommend! The hotel is in the middle of busy party area, if you are a light sleeper, sleeping might be extremely difficult due to outside business. I am a light sleeper but with exhaustion I slept all night long and noise did not bother me "

"One of the best locations to stay in Tokyo! Takadanobaba Station is literally across the road which is on the JY Yamanote line the main train line in Tokyo. This makes seeing all areas of Tokyo easier. There is also a 711, Lawson, and Family Mart within 2 minute walk. Sakae Dohri street and tons of amazing food options within 5 minutes. Also next to a Donquijote. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful for any needs you may have. They helped my luggage forward to my next hotel in Kyoto and any other needs I had. Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of options. Rooms were nice and clean, with tons of free amentaties or items you may beed. "

"We really liked this hotel! There were 3 of us, and we each got the single small rooms, but they worked great for just 1 person. It was super clean with a daily refresh of amenities (room service too, if you ask). The breakfast was fantastic and worth it! It had a mix of cultures and very allergy friendly (especially major 7 allergens)! It also was a perfect location in Otsuka, right near train station and had a bunch of shops/dining! All the staff was lovely and helpful! So friendly! I didn’t make it to the spa, but the screens said it was busy, so it must’ve been good for heavy traffic Would def recommend! Also very handicap accessible!"

"Super Bad experience to stay in this hotel. No air-con in every room even over 22 degrees outside. Very hot even if opened the window. Very noisy in the mid-night. Many emergency ambulance cars pass through. Police always make announcements on the street. No refill of tissue or toilet paper. Need to get it from reception everyday. 一個字： 伏 "
