Customer service was great. The staff members were friendly, informative and professional. Cleanliness was average, could have done a better job cleaning the soap scum in the shower, the bathroom sink and kitchen sink needed a better clean as well and the cupboard under the sink had a dish rack that when i went to pull out to use water got everywhere because it was never emptied out and cleaned before. Everything else was great thougn. They have laundry sevice there as well. Overall a safe, clean place to stay.

The Feedback Rooms provided a pleasant stay. The accommodations were decent, and I was particularly impressed by the friendly and cooperative staff. I would absolutely choose to stay there again.

Friendly staff, wonderful cozy room, amazingly convenient for the departure bay ferry and the highway noise wasn’t bad at all. The walls are a bit thin so if you have a noisy neighbour it might be tough but I will be coming here again!
