The staff has been very welcoming both times that I've stayed. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location when coming off or going on the ferry, but also some traffic noise because of the location.

The room, linens and towels were spotless. Small kitchenette and comfortable bed. A little run down but clean and smelled fresh, ac worked. Nearby the ferry terminal, Tim's, groceries and car rentals. Not bad overall for the price although it was slow to check in and there is a main thoroughfare next to the back of the rooms so traffic noises were present.

Our room was very clean, I could tell the place was renovated haphazardly and the door had 2 chains that were almost broken from being kicked in or something. But honestly I felt safe here and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a cheaper alternative and I saw some pictures of some not so clean rooms in the reviews but ours was great

It is typical 3 star property, our rooms have kitchenette. The staff are 5 star, attentive and accommodating to please the guest. Special thanks to Chrissy. The place meets our needs as a group, so surprised that they are affiliated with Paradise Mini Golf Club that our group of 11 enjoyed complementary games too. It was a great visit in Nanaimo, husbands played golf while wives enjoyed shopping and strolling the nearby beaches.

This is a very old, and not very clean hotel. The beds were comfy, but very rundown. For the money I expected more. Check in isn't until 4pm and the room wasnt ready. We had to leave and go back later.

This last room was much cleaner then last room. I appreciate front desk lady going to check the room before I checked in. It was clean. The pull out bed is sooo uncomfortable. I will be sure to book for only beds nex time. Thank you for having us 🌹

Lovely stay at this mid-century motel. I love places like this, there is no muss and no fuss. Everything worked as it should. The motel is a little aged, but that added to the charm. It is fairly well kept up, and the check-in was fast and friendly. I would stay here again.
