Cleanest place ever in the most beautiful location
This place was beautiful, clean, and very homey. The view is amazing. It is easy to get to, conveniently located for lake fun, and parking and amenities are phenomenal. We will absolutely stay here again.
Wonderful, kind owners who made our stay feel as if we were home! VERY clean house and well stocked, just as described! Fire pit and grill were also stocked and ready to go. Owners were awesome and so friendly, we will be back! Thank you Steve and Shari for sharing your peaceful property!
Steve was a great host and very attentive. We experienced some bad storms which resulted in a power outage and a tree blocking the road. He offered to take one of us into town to get more food if we needed and brought over a propane powered deep fryer as we had planned on using an electric one to fry some fish. Property was very nice and the environment was relaxing. Great neighborhood. Would rent again.

We absolutely fell in love with this place as soon as we arrived! Very very clean place! They have thought of everything you could need! Blackstone grill was awesome! Love the master bath! Washer and dryer being available was a huge plus! Yard games available even ones you can play in the dark! Fire pit was amazing and a huge plus they provide wood and fire matches and starter paper! The sunset and sunrise views are breath taking! Just a short walk up the gravel drive in front of their other rental location is the best sunset view!! My 13 year old did make the hike further down the gravel driveway to the wooded trail that leads to the small beach but like the owners say it is not for the faint of heart!he does not recommend it! Lol If you like to see a lot of deer or animal watch this is a great place! My son and i got up every morning and seen deer in the front and side yards and again in the evening! Also loved listening to the windchimes out back! Great fishing spots near by everywhere and i highly recommend checking out the facebook page prior to your arrival for great info to plan your trip but the welcome book that is at the house has tons of great information as well!! I also highly recommend the food place "The cookout" it is a great place and not too expensive! Lots of great places nearby for veiwing waterfalls and walking trails! We can not wait to book another stay either at this location or the cabin in the woods!! We absolutely loved our stay!

The cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at! Home was perfect for our family of 5's weekend trip to Lake Cumberland. Well stocked with dishes, cook ware, cleaning supplies, games, movies, towels, etc. We didn't spend much time at the house because the weather was great so we were on the lake all day, but there would have been plenty to do at the house to keep us busy if needed or wanted. House is a little over a mile from the nearest boat ramp, so great location as well. Just make sure to launch by 10 a.m. on the weekends if you want a parking spot at the launch. Beds were comfortable and owner was awesome. We even had a front row seat to the fireworks show that the owner and his neighbors put on. Easy 5 star rating!
Steve and Sheri were perfect hosts - even shared fresh vegetables from their garden with us. We were visiting here to celebrate my sister’s 40th wedding anniversary. My sister is wheelchair bound and the house worked well for her.
The house is well cared for with tasteful decor. The outdoor lighting is creative, and was on for us when we arrived. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice and the elevated deck is awesome. And, our host was the best!
This property is nice!! The owners have thought of everything you would need or want in the home. Beautiful location, views and Steve and Shari were very helpful. Just down the street is a boat ramp with access to Lake Cumberland.

When my daughter arrived we were blown away at how beautiful it was. Then we decided to cook on the grill and the owner brought us some fresh veggies from his garden. We will most definitely return and just loved this place
Me and the wife travel a good amount. We rent probably 2-4 different rentals per year. And this one takes the cake! From the beautiful location to every detail of a great stay Steve really has gone above and beyond.
The home is basically brand new and spotless. From every kitchen and bath item being provided to the outside deck and fire place you will not be disappointed. The beds are amazing as well which is great cause so many owners cheap out here. Not Steve, we had a sleep number bed and some of the best sleep you could ask for on vacation. They even have a community garden with some neighbors and we were surprised with some fresh picked cucumbers and squash one day.
If you get a chance to book don't pass it up. Steve is one of the better renters out there and will happily help or answer any questions about the area. Treat his place right so this gem stays available for all to enjoy for years to come!
