"The property is clean but most communication is through texts. No wifi in the rooms. Not all staff at check in are welcoming. The gentleman we had was clearly unhappy to be working and we avoided asking him any questions. Very limited amenities. Food on the property is just ok. Try to make reservations before getting to the grand canyon at el tavor for good meals. "

"Beware of rollaway beds-- they do NOT fit safely in the room. When expanded, they left a 4 inch walkway to the exit door. We book specifically because of the bed availability. Also, hotel is under renovations which was not disclosed. The smell of carpet and paint was overwhelming to the degree that we kept the balcony door open. "Heated pool" was not heated and was too cold for my kids to swim. "
