"Beautiful, boutique hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. The hotel has been very tastefully decorated with amazing love and attention. The owner was so generous with his time to talk to us and made us feel so comfortable. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. "

"Perfect hosts in an amazing building! You would struggle to find more genuine, hospitable and friendly people than Carrie and Mike. Outside there is plenty of parking and beautiful grounds. Step inside, the rooms are generous, clean and with everything you could need. The breakfasts are lovely and nothing is too much. We will definitely be back, thank you! "

"I stayed at the hotel for one night with my 12 year old son on his first hiking trip. We requested a nice room with a good view and we were allocated a fantastic room (probably an upgrade) right at the front of the hotel with absolutely breath taking views of the hills and mountains beyond. Not all rooms have such views so don't expect this from reading this review in every room. The room came with a separate sitting room which was also a lovely touch. "The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Main reception, bar and restaurant staff fabulous, room stunning, food and drinks excellent, was sad to check out and we will definitely return ❤️"
