"We recently spent a long weekend in Minot. Our stay was lovely. While weather didn’t cooperate to sit in the sun, we found lots to do - visited the harbor with its quaint shops, went to the lighthouse and walked the beach. The house is just as pictured - very nice! The views from the porch were gorgeous!"

"The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a cathedral ceiling, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. It was quiet and LOVELY. The welcoming hostess was hospitable- she met us at the door both nights- and helpful. We were not prepared for the fact that the view included a busy road. The photos on the website show the main beach in Hull, but that requires a drive. We looked out on a small tributary/pond, with a busy road to the right of our balcony. Aside from being more truthful about the view, my only suggestion is to make the signage about when breakfast is available more uniform. The sign in our room and the one in the kitchen differed from the directions provided by the hostess, which happened to be correct, but we only found this out after the first morning, when we assumed (based on the sign in our room) that we had missed breakfast and thus did not go downstairs. We had breakfast at our own expense, although it was included in the room charge. That is an easy fix."
