"The shower had a handheld shower head. The silver piping was broken. Water everywhere. No one to fix it. Wrapped it in a towel and plastic bag- just to take showers. Told 2 front office people to make sure "

"Overpriced. The room was the size of a bedroom. The toilet was partially under the sink. Hidden charges. They charged a security fee and a property fee. We left early and asked for a refund and was told yes. There was no refund so i called. I was told they could not give a refund to call Expedia...i was not told that when we left."

"The host was amazing very quick to respond. And the owner was extremely nice. Our stay was during a lot of snow and a blizzard. The heated garage was an absolute dream. And the owner came over after every snow and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks. He or someone who works for him always came! My 13 year old had open heart surgery at Boston children’s we are from KY so this beautiful home was such a blessing! Our family was able to come and stay or come and visit and our daughter had a beautiful view of the ocean for her recovery instead of just being in town. The house was very clean and felt so homey. We hope to return to this home with every visit we make to Boston!! You can trust these people!! Book it it’s worth it!! Thank you all so much for everything! "
