"Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, so we had to stay in a different room for one night, then repack and move which wasn't fun. The accommodations we actually booked were much nicer, except the bed. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on concrete. The staff wasn't very apologetic about any of our concerns. "
