Had a great stay! Apartment was clean and walking distance to Aliki area with amazing restaurants. Staff were very friendly! Only issue was our air conditioning wasn’t working super well but it was May so it wasn’t too hot. Highly recommend this property!

This property was in a great location and was very quiet. The owner was very nice and always around. The unit was comfortable for our family and the air conditioning worked well. It was a short walk to all of the restaurants and there was a grocery store a 4-5 minute walk from the property.

Best decision.

Seems everything is brand new. I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman that did my checkin was so nice. Also, he called me one day before my check out and gave me a Greek Keychain saying that it was for luck. I was really happy in there.

Property manager was wonderful! Very thoughtful and communicated well. The WiFi was out for 2 days of our 4 days stay but he let us know shortly after. Room was clean, almost full kitchen, decent bathroom. Short walk to town of Aliki with restaurants, a shop, a market and a 2 beautiful beaches.

We stayed at this property for two days. The property was very difficult to find at first but once you get there it is ok. The property was nice, clean and very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and honest. It is also close to public transportation, beach and restaurants. Our stayed was beautiful and the owner went above and beyond when my daughter left her cell phone. He brought it to us at the airport. Will definitely stay there again.

Head toward beach and walk to downtown Alyki. Streets around apartments are narrow. No sidewalk with lots of cars. Downtown is 20 minute walk.

We stayed just one night. The person who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, the apartment super, the only drawback that bothered us was it was not really clean. Seemed that was cleaned weeks ago, we killed a couple of cockroaches y found bugs. Also one of the trash cans of one bathrooms was still with old disposal.

The Apartment manager was very kind and helpful. Chocolates provided for each guest as well as good luck charm upon leaving. Beautiful location 6 minute walk for supermarkets, Aliki bus station, and center. could easily have stayed the entire summer and have been comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the combination oven and stove top did not boil water. since we did not make this known to the manager we cannot fault him.

While the owner was nice, the AC was broken in the room he gave us and couldn’t be repaired. He tried to give us another room but outside that room were evidence of cockroaches…lots of evidence. The place is not in a great location as you have to walk down a road with fast cars and no walking path and the road Fivos is on is full of dumped rubbish and just doesn’t look nice. The property itself is pretty on the outside but very dated. The shower isn’t big enough for a single person and I am not exaggerating. The clean could have been better as well.

Nous avons apprécié le logement en lui-même qui correspondait aux photos, assez proche du centre à pieds Nous avons moins apprécié le fait que nous ayons dû demander la climatisation et qu’elle soit devenue payante (10€ par jour pour nous et j’ai vu après dans d’autres commentaires que c’est soit 5 soit 10€… alors que la climatisation était importante pour nous, nous avions aussi pris ce logement pour celle-ci. Nous trouvons cela vraiment dommage. L’eau était froide le matin tous les jours et le premier jour le soir également La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas Enfin le ménage n’a pas été fait la veille de notre départ donc plus de papier toilette, poubelles pleines ainsi que celles à l’extérieur

Best apartment in Paros, 100% recommended

I really enjoyed my whole week in Fivos Apartments. The room was really clean and spacious, also equipped with everything you need. The staffs are really nice and welcoming. The best part of Fivos is roof top garden. It has magnificent view all day long. Never miss the sunset from the rooftop. It is located in calm and peaceful fishing town. 100% recommended and I would definitely revisit next summer:)
