For a location that is modeled after a traditional bed and breakfast it was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options. Parking was never an issue. Closely located to downtown Napa to allow for walking to visit most shops and attractions in the immediate area. We would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Napa Valley (HNV)! My room and the property overall were so clean, quaint and cute and the homemade cookies and fruit-infused water were treats each day of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and made with love and some of the freshest ingredients Napa had to offer. All-in-all, HNV gets a 10/10 from me. I'm looking forward to experiencing the vintage charm with modern amenities at HNV when I return to the area!

This was a great place to stay! We had rooms in one of the cottages and it was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good and staff excellent. Location was perfect for a short walk to downtown Napa. We will stay here again on our next trip to Napa!

Do NOT book this “hotel”. It is not a hotel. It is a very old house very tiny rooms, hardly big enough for a bed to fit. When I asked for a larger room, I was told that because I booked through Expedia, there was nothing that could be done. The room is only big enough for a bed. It is tiny. It is not a room, it is a closet. The only place for luggage was on the bed! I felt completely deceived by this place, and they would not accommodate me in any way…not a larger room, not a refund. We could not stay, and immediately left. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Huge gap in old window where glass was missing in our room. Blinds didn’t block any sun or view from street at night. High price for room. Weekend breakfast ends at 9:30 and no coffee or anything available after that. Seems early to end on a weekend. On plus side great location and comfortable bed.
