Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and the hotel is in an excellent location. Room was nice and spacious. Only downside is we did not know the pool was out of service. Otherwise a very nice weekend.

This place is not bad at all for the price. What we like the most is the location it’s basically in the middle of everything restaurants and bars are walkable we didn’t have to move our car (free parking although it’s limited). The Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean although there’s room for improvement. It would be nice if there is a refrigerator in all the rooms unfortunately ours didn’t have one and we had to throw our left over food. But we will stay here again!

Check in was easy and front desk personnel was friendly. The location is great for walkable dining, shopping, etc. the room I stayed in was not great. Bathroom walls and door were dirty. The water was only warm, and there were long strands of hair left on the bed.

This hotel is in a great location. It's downtown within walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms. I was there for one night and served It's purpose. My room was okay. The shower head was shorter than I was, the carpet could be replaced, the corners of the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned and the back of the bathroom door needed to be cleaned or painted.

Only thing good about this place is the location. Besides that room smelled like straight bleach, showers are made from people 3ft and under, the toilet pressure turns off at night so flushing is impossible, the cable stops working past a certain time. And parking is first come first serve with no I location if the people parking there are actually staying there we saw 3 cars leave at the end of the night and the front desk worker called us poor indirectly several times just beacuse we said we lived in the inland empire

Fantastic stay in Downtown Napa. Great location Uptiwn Theatre is only a block away. Clean, fresh and spacious room for my stay. Gary was an absolute star on the day of my check out too. Would definitely stay again and hope to be back again sometime. 👍
