"staff changed my room to ground floor so that i did not have to walk up stairs. At Picton, I also had a second floor room that had stairs outside. I had to take my suitcase up stairs as well as cooler. They said that i had booked with you and could not say that would be a problem. in 50 yrs of travel, I have never had 2 hotels with this issue."

"Staff is so friendly, and always answered our questions we had…. hotel is a little outdated but it did what it was supposed to do! Beautiful views of the water…. the breakfast was stocked at all times. Overall we will definitely be back again as it was close to the downtown core and everything we needed!
