About this property
Kaituna Villa close to beaches, vineyards and 3km to town centre
- We survived the Floods from the Cyclone! No damage and only lost power for a week. Modern new and private property in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Lovely walks around the lake, close to the beach and 3km to the town centre. Over 30 wine cellar doors on your doorstep and micro brewery just around the corner. Golf course and foot golf just down the road. External security cameras cover the garage entrance and the rear gate. Fully fenced property.
