"This was my first time staying at this hotel and the ocean right front was stunning. The staff were very kind,the room was clean and the garden was beautiful,giving off a true Hawaiian vibe,so I highly recommend it. We’ll be back here next year."

"Property was described as 6 bedrooms. 4 with king beds, 1 with a queen and One with a king and a queen bed. The room described with both a king and queen had only one king and a twin pull out sofa bed. No linens were available for that bed. There was a second twin pull out in a hallway both too small for my tall grandchildren. Management company brought over an inflatable mattress we were unable to use as power went out from hurricane. They also brought 1 sheet and one pillowcase only. They were left in the entry way but no contact was made with us. Also second floor shower which overhangs first floor bathroom had a very bad leak. It obviously had been leaking quite awhile as paint and drywall were damaged. We felt it was a potentially dangerous as it could collapse into bathroom below. Management just said they would notify maintenance. We stopped using it. I asked management company for a discount because of the inaccurate description. He told me that wasn’t his department. Even though the hurricane was not your responsibility the fact that location is subject to power outages there should have been some candles, or flashlights available for us to use. When I called management to ask if there were any anywhere in the house I was told he would check with housekeeping and call me back, which he never did. This is my first experience with VRBO and it was most disappointing to have been mislead regarding room/bed descriptions, and to have one bathroom we couldn’t use"

"We love Hale Napili! The first time I stayed there was in approximately 1970, and it just keeps getting better. Wonderful staff, the best beach, and great rooms with comfortable beds. We hope to return soon! Mahalo, Hale Napili!"

"The communication with host was great. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Pack and play, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and toys made for an easy stay for our family. Loved the peaceful quiet vibe of the property. With a lovely breakfast spot on site with ocean views. And the easy access to Napili Bay. We’d definitely stay here again."

"We had an amazing time at this property and it was exactly what we expected! Finding this home that was large enough to accommodate our group of 10 adults and 2 kids (5yo and 2.5yo) with our desired combination of bedrooms/bathrooms and amenities felt a bit like winning the lottery. The property had ample room for our three rental vehicles. The home completely matched all the photos and everything was so clean and tidy! Mike and Myra met us onsite to provide an orientation to the home and answer any questions -- it was the perfect start to our trip. Communication from Myra leading up to our arrival was so friendly and informative. The pool and waterslide were huge draws to this property and they did not disappoint. Kids of all ages enjoyed themselves ;) We also enjoyed the easy walk down to the beach and the short drive to D.T. Fleming Park for another beach adventure.Our group easily settled into the home for our 5-day trip. Everyone commented about the soft sheets, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. We used every amenity offered at the property and had a chef come onsite to cook a birthday meal! We were so looking forward to this vacation and having a home where we could all share the same space and it did not disappoint!"

"it’s all about the location and the location of this property is excellent! Napili Bay is beautiful and relaxing and this unit is beachfront. It is a studio but has a full and well-appointed kitchen. The AC works very well and cools down quickly, so you can turn it off while out for the day. The Sea House restaurant is across the beach and is really good. The Gazebo restaurant is literally right next door but is so popular we could never get seated. You’ll enjoy it here."
