Napili Kai Beach Resort

"We stayed in Unit 202 from August 29 through September 5. While the property is approximately 65 years old, the furniture in the unit appeared just as dated. I understand that this is a timeshare, but at nearly $1,000 per night, the owner should seriously consider updating the furnishings. At that price, guests should expect a more modern and comfortable interior. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, the property’s location was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. A special thank-you to Kim, the concierge, who was absolutely incredible and made our experience much better. Would I stay here again? Probably not, mainly because the price does not reflect the condition and age of the furnishings."

"Stay was comfortable staff very attentive & accomodating, We stayed in the fire lanai deluxe room (ocen-view) it was amazing. Be prepared to get your steps in going from your room to the main lobby if you’re staying over there, but you will have easy access to the pool and the exclusion will be very much appreciated. Def worth it!!"

"We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment! The view was amazing, and the location was great. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach, or you can easily drive there. There is some free parking available if you’re lucky enough to grab a spot, or paid parking for $10 for 3 hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back! The only downside was the air conditioning upstairs. It got quite hot, possibly because of the roof, or maybe the AC itself needs to be cleaned or upgraded. The hosts actually offered to come and take a look, which we appreciated, but we decided not to bother since we only had two nights left in our stay. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here! Can't wait to come back!"

"Our stay was amazing. We were coming in after hurricane Lala and didn’t know what to expect. Our host was very responsive and was ready to assist in every way. Their management company was so helpful and friendly as well.The property and unit is just beautiful and equipped with everything you need. It’s in a quieter location which is so nice and peaceful. Away from the crowds. I was surprised with their full closet of all things beach….chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards. Even a fishing pole and chair stand. Everything you need for a lovely day at the beach.Mahalo for a lovely stay! "

"Hale Napili is in an excellent location. Sad that the beach is eroding. It’s a very nice older complex. Nice small grass area in front. Often hard to sit on lawn area because people come out and put towels on chairs and leave. Nice to have a complimentary laundry room."
