This 2024 Renovated Unit is located across the street from Naples Beautiful Beach and one block from fabulous dining and shopping on 3rd Street South. The condo offers 2 beautifully beach theme decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed and the Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin or a King sized bed (upon request). There are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Premium Cable is offered in this unit with Wifi. The remodeled Kitchenette offers a brand new cooktop, microwave/convection oven and an apartment sized refridgerator. The Dining Area offers beach style dining with bench seating. The pool is located a few paces from the front door. Designated parking is close to this first floor unit, making this unit one of the most convenient in the building. There is a laundry facility on the premises, located on the second floor with an elevator for easy access.

The condo was perfect for our beach get away. It just steps to the beach and to dining. The unit was well stocked and pristine. We would spend our mornings at the beach, relax in the on-property pool in the afternoon and then walk just a block over to great restaurants for dinner. Mary was a very gracious host. We would definitely recommend this property.

Super cute beach condo with great pool to use! Did I mention the location? Steps away from the beautiful, sandy beach featuring amazing sunsets. Old downtown shopping also just a block away.

My husband , our two young adult kids, & I enjoyed a brief stay. The condominium was very clean, attractive and comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location was top-notch: one black from the beach and one to two blocks from Third Avenue restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was attractive and clean

The condo was great and perfectly appointed. Mary provided all the details in a timely fashion with care and attention. The place still smells new! The location in the building is great for those that want to be near the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add some additional hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry. That’s it which is not even a big deal. We will be back again! Thanks for all the support, Mary! Our Spring Break was a success.

We had a fantastic time here and we were so sad to leave! The condo is beautiful, the furnishings and decorations are lovely. The location could not be better, so close to the beach and in downtown Naples. The condo was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything you need! We were free to use beach towels, surf boards, toys for the kids. Mary made us feel so welcome! This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at during our Florida trip. The only regret is that we could not stay longer but had to go back to Germany. We will definitely be back!

My grandchildren and their parents stayed in the condo for a week. I picked this unit based on the pictures and the location. I treat them every year to a vacation and every time there's always something wrong with the place I rent. Not this time! The condo was so much nicer then pictures. It's brand new, beautifully decorated with relaxing beach theme. From wall art, kitchen/bathroom accessories to the softest linens and towels and most comfortable beds. I was very impressed with all the details and care the owner put into this place. There's a flat screen in every room, games for the kids, beach chairs and beach towels. Beach is right across the street and condo is right next to the pool. It's a corner unit, so it gave them more privacy and short walk to the car. It's a walking distance to the stores and restaurants. They had a blast, watched the sunset on the beach every day and walk the pier. They cannot stop talking about it. I visited them twice and loved it too. Never wrote the review from my other places, but this time I couldn't help myself. The owner who I met briefly is the nicest person, warm and friendly. We all thank you for making this vacation such comfortable experience away from home with the welcoming note, bottle of wine and cookies for the kids. We're all planning to comback!😎the leibell family..and grace

We got this place to celebrate our "youngest" 21st birthday near the beach. Mary, the host, was exceptional. Easy to communicate with and very attentive. And the location, OMG!!! Could not ask to be in a better place. Walking distance from the beach, the pier, restaurant, shops. Anything you could think of. 5stars!!

This condo was wonderful very clean and walking distance to everything. Mary was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms do not get a cool as the rest of the unit, but she provided fans so that made it comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Mary is so deserving of all of the excellent reviews of this property! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and Mary was a fantastic host. She communicated check in procedures and explained everything and made it so easy. She was so helpful in allowing us to use the baby items that are available, and being able to utilize those items made traveling so much easier. The property is exactly as described and pictured (maybe better, actually!) - it was so clean, the location was incredible and our family had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue with a neighbor’s renovations while we were there, and Mary got in touch before we even realized the issue, and offered a solution immediately. She is truly a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future!

My buddy and I had a great stay for a few days of golf and relaxation in a very nice unit a block from the beach. Mary was terrific, very responsive and hospitable. She provided beach chairs, towels, keurig pods and even a nice bottle of wine. Such a sweet lady. I would return in a heartbeat, in fact I will probably bring my wife and kids next year. The BEST!

This was our third stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner, Mary, has many extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would highly recommend this property.
