We Stayed at this property as a stop on our honey moon, it was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend to anyone our hosts were great our driver was hilarious and kind. They were all very helpful.

Mario, the host, was so attentive, quick to respond and all around amazing, it made our stay even more enjoyable than we thought possible. The facilities were perfect and well situated for exploring the centro storico. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Property was perfect for our stay. Mario met us at the property for check in and was kind and pleasant. He was also quick with answers to any questions we had. Also had a wonderful private hire to transport us from the airport to the property and then again to the train station. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very central property. Great room for the three of us. Our child loved the upstairs part all to himself. There was even a chocolate Easter egg in our room for him which we very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Right in the heart of the old town - all the main attractions are within walking distance. Communication with Hugo was superb - he made our arrival, stay and departure very easy. Would recommend this place as an option for a few night’s stay and would return when in Napoli.

This is a lovely property close to a busy, walkable area. The host was waiting for our arrival and provided valuable info about our stay. The room was clean and spacious. There is a lift that can be used for your baggage. The entry system was easy to use. It’s close to some great dining options.

Great Location and Charming Room in Naples

This room was perfect for our stay in Naples. The main floor had a big bed (possibly a king), and there was a cozy loft with a daybed. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm. There was a shared fridge and microwave on the main floor of the building, but since it required climbing down a few flights of stairs, we didn’t end up using them. A sign on the door mentioned that mineral water was always available, but that wasn’t the case during our visit. Despite those small issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent! It's an easy walk to a couple of metro stations and it's surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it for a short stay in Naples.

Nice location but accesibility warning

Very close to main attractions in Napoli and good room. Nice receiving us.However this place is difficult to reach and definitively very uncomfortable access stair. Lift for luggage has a key and access to key not available when leaving. This is just a nice clean room in an excellent location, but does not qualify as a hotel, B&B and Hotels.com shall notify on their site that accesibility is through a very narrow and steep stairway. Does not qualify for a 10, at most an 8.

Sitting smack in the middle of the action in Napoli, in the historic center by the museum capilla Sansevero. Area is super safe, very convenient location, room was large and clean. We are from Florida and we know the heat and humidity. We traveled in July and humidity and heat was at extreme. AC did a good job at cooling off a bit but perhaps a more poweful AC would help. Cannot say enough about staff, Mario recommended place for Pizza, Coffee and Baba (Napolitan rum cake) and Fish restaurant. All were great. Would return and recommend.

We had an amazing experience in Napoli, in large parts also due to our accommodation. Perfectly located right in the heart of Napoli, a beautiful room (Babà) and incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Will surely stay there again when we (inevitably) come back to Napoli.

A Casa del Principe was great! We had arranged to drop off our bags early, and they were even able to get our room ready in time. The room was quiet, cool, and comfortable. The breakfast deal they have with the cafes nearby is so creative and delicious. We were so happy with everything there!

Classy and comfortable

Only downside was trying to transport suitcases over rough cobblestones because taxis could not get close. This probably wouldn't be a deterrent for most people, but was hard for small elderly women.

Fabulous Place, Great Location

This is a wonderful place in a great location. The room we had is beautiful (I love the orange!) and it was great to have a tiny balcony to watch as life in Napoli continued around us. Check-in and out was managed very well and we appreciated being able to leave our bags. Everything you need is provided and every detail taken care of. We’d love to come back for longer. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Når der bliver gjort rent, er det kun sengetøj der bliver skiftet. Der bliver faktisk ikke gjort rent. Der kommer heller ikke nye håndklæder, sæbe og toiletpapir. Så vi måtte bruge håndsæbe nogle servietter fra fælleskøkkenet ved den sidste overnatning. Det køkken som vises når man ser billeder af værelset, er et fælleskøkken, som er placeret i entreen ned ad en meget smal og stejl trappe. Man kan knap nok bære to kopper kaffe op uden at være bange for at snuble og spilde. På værelset er der hverken køleskab eller elkedel. Det er placeret nede i entreen. Håndvasken på badeværelset kan man ikke bruge uden at vand sprøjter op ad sig sig selv og udover bordet, så det er hele er vådt efter man har åbnet vandhanen. På værelset er der en røgalarm som blinker med skarpt lys hvert 10 sekund. Ret irriterende når man prøver at falde i søvn. I tøjskabet er der en safe box, som ikke er boltet fast til væggen, men ligger løst. Boksen ligner noget der er købt fra TEMU. Pas på med at bruge den da den nemt går i baglås. Men den er i øvrigt også ligegyldig at bruge den, da rengøringspersonalet alligevel har nøglen, så de kan åbne den hvis det sker. Det virker som noget der ofte sker. Udover de negative anmærkninger, er det et fint værelse som har en altan. Gode senge. Beliggenheden er perfekt placeret i den gamle bydel omgivet af liv og restauranter. Tæt på lejligheden ligger der en lille restaurant der hedder Cantina del Sole, som laver super gode italienske pastaretter.
