The building doesn't have an elevator, so if you're carrying large, heavy suitcases and you're given a room on the top floor, it's very, very difficult. The area where it's located is ugly and feels unsafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they'll help you find a taxi.

The staff was great. The hotel is located in a high rise residential area, away from hustle of Naples, but relatively close to airport. The walls were thin and I could hear the other guests. The restroom was moldy and the toilet had a slow leak that we could hear at night. We were too tired to make it an issue as we slept through it. The bed and pillows were awesome. The garage was gated and looked secured. Cameras were all over the outside of property.

The bed and room were small but well designed. It even had a nice desk. I couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work, and since I only speak English, it was difficult to communicate.

A 20 minuti di macchina si raggiunge il capoluogo campano , l'albergo del pino di Cercola è crocevia per raggiungere in poche decine di minuti sia il parco naturale del Vesuvio che gli scavi di Pompei ede Ercolano. Ottimo soggiorno per visitare alcune delle più importanti attrattive Campane.

Great stay in Cercola

Great stay in Albergo del Pino. The location is nice, if you don't need to go into busy Napoli. The albergo has all you need and even better the Restaurant del Pino nearby! It is absolutely worth a visit.

Ottimo soggiorno.

L'albergo è confortevole, le stanze spaziose pulite e funzionali. Il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ottima la colazione. Unico problema i rumori notturni provenienti dall'esterno per i quali, ovviamente, l'albergo non ha alcuna responsabilità. Ottimo per famiglie.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit guter Ausstattung. In der Ortschaft ist wenig los aber das Essen ist sehr günstig. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist schwierig.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen

Umgebung eher einfache Wohngegend am Stadtrand ohne gute Infrastruktur für Reisende ohne Auto. Für Autoreisende strategisch guter Ausgangspunt für Ausflüge nach Neapel, zum Vesuv und zur Amalfiküste. Im August sind fast alle Restaurants geschlossen, nur eines (zum Hotel gehörend) in 500 Metern Entfernung geöffnet. Dort dafür riesige Auswahl an Essen und Nachspeisen. Insgesamt ein gutes und günstiges Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz und sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer tadellos mit Top-Klimaanlage.

Nice hotel but hard to get to from Naples

There really isn't anything to see in Cercola and it costs 40 euros to take a taxi from the airport (although we got a non-official taxi to take us there for 25 euros). Also, you won't necessarily find anyone who can speak English at this hotel. That being said, we were treated like royalty. The hotel clerk (he could have been the owner) had someone pick us up and take us to a wonderful restaurant, and then drive us back. The rooms are reasonably priced, very nice, and clean. (Very hard pilllows, though.) There was a good variety of choices for breakfast. The hotel is actually only a five minute walk from a bus (#116) that will take you into town for 2 euros.

Very disappointing. The worst we had in Italy.

No sound proofing. You can hear neighbours and other guests like they are in the same room. The neighbourhood doesn't look very safe. The breakfast was very limited. The woman who worked during the day time has a sullen look and attitude. Wouldn't recommend. Better available for the similar price. Small room.
