Hotel was in a bad part of town, garbage all over streets outside the doors, room was decent, washroom was not in the best condition, cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning, WiFi never worked, lied about check out time as our reservation said 11 however they kicked us out at 10. Would not stay again as the service was very poor and unnacommodating compared to all our other stays.

Great location 5 minutes walking to main station. Building is old, but B&B just adequate for the sleeping / bathing needs. Although there is a functioning elevator, it works with a special key, that the staff did not share, so in practical terms, the B&B has no elevator, only for its staff... if you come with baggage, then prepare to climb up or down 4 floors carrying them.

I wanted to dislike it because of first impressions. Place looks run down. It must have been grand in its early days. The room smelled weird in the beginning however everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. No bugs or critters found at all. Air conditioner worked great. The cleaning lady would start knocking at 8AM and made sure we got breakfast. She provided fresh towels and toilet paper. She wanted to clean room but we declined on the second day. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We walked around the area and had no issues. You have all kinds of folks from different countries all trying to run their businesses. Food prices are very reasonable in this area. The Airbnb is very close to the bus/train station.

PABLO JAS NO MANNERS AT ALL I THINK IS THE OWNNER. place outside is dirty streets dangerous place and the buliding os awfull. I will never recomend this place. Bed sheets where with stain, room was clean overall . Breakfast is not a breakfast and commom area are not for use is pablos office. Not recommended

Naples is pretty run down in general…

The area is a bit dodgey right next to a betting shop. We had to wait for our host to let us into the building but in that time lots of bystanders gathered looking at us making us feel unsafe. When the host arrived he was a little rude and unapproachable so couldn’t ask many questions. But Naples in general is a rough city so maybe this was unavoidable. Really close to central train station which was a plus, but just don’t go out late at night. Room had a stuffy smell to it with minimal bedding. Quilts were shoved in the draws but smelt so we didn’t use them.

Decent stay

Clean rooms , highly secure and very conveniently located close to Napoli termini. Self check in process wasn’t clear and wasn’t laid out to follow. You might want to get the details from the host in advance Some of the drawbacks were that the elevator was small and required us to make multiple trips to get our 2 suitcases and a stroller up . The staff was rude and bossy Overall all a decent stay and great for a night if you are spending most of the time exploring Naples.

Convenient 1 Night Stay

Our flight was over an hour delayed. Paolo waited past midnight to greet us in front of the hotel making feel welcome and safe. The room was clean and it was easy to get to the train station in the morning.

We were charged 20 euro for late check in. We were not told about this when we booked. The picture of the kitchen on the website was misleading as guests do not have access. Staff were very unfriendly. The breakfast consisted of a very cheap croissant in a plastic wrapper which was thrown onto the table and a very small paper cup of coffee. The location is ideal for transport links but it is very dirty.

This B&B turned out to be in a seemingly rough part of town near the train station. 100% did not feel comfortable walking around in evening & night. B&B owner was not there when we tried to check in, had to wait about 20 minutes for them to arrive. Room was OK, but there were hairs all over the bed when we got there. Would not sty here again.

The toilet sink is clogged with water, the windows are very small, the air conditioner is broken, and the TV is broken. The manager had to watch the soccer game, so I had to hurry in time for the check-in. The street was messy and I had to pay for the parking lot separately, but it was very inconvenient. Don't use it!!!

Arrived in Naples, area seems quite sketchy. Supposed to be able to check-in 08 am to 8pm. Unable to enter building, stood outside for 1 1/2 hours ringing number, no answer. Checked in at Best Western around corner. Complained to Expedia, who td me "you're an amazing customer and we love your complaint". Now 7 days later and still no contact with alla Ferrova. Had to arrange emergence accommodation at my own expense. No help from Expedia who email every 2 days saying that I'm amazing and they love my complaint. Appalling service, don't use Expedia or alla Ferrova unless you have means to pay top prices for emergency accommodation. Lucky I came early March when there's plenty of availability, peak season you'll be sleeping on the streets

B&B's info needs to be updated

The bedroom was basic but it does the job. The B&B in general was clean and tidy. Only thing to comment about the room was the mattress which are extremely soft and it kind of sucks you in. If the reservation is made through hotels.com, be aware the information on the platform is not accurate and there are hidden fees that are not mentioned. For example, in hotels.com, the checkout is at 11am but once you arrive to the hotel you see a sign with some rules and the real checkout is at 10am. On hotels.com, it says the check in is until 8pm and if a later check in is needed, you shall contact the hotel and made the request in advance. There isn't any mention of an additional fee for this service. In the same way it mentions there is a tourist fee of 2.5 euros per person per night, they should also mention this as well. We were charged 20 euros extra for it. I wouldn't recommended it due to the mismatching information, lack of transparency and hidden fees.

La proximité de la gare centrale a été notre critère principal (pour les trains vers pompei et Herculanum) du Metro Garbaldi et la navette Aeroport. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir chaque matin, prendre le petit déjeuner à l'italienne dans le food Hall de la Gare, et même d'y manger le soir en rentrant, avant de retourner à l'hotel. De plus, la chambre était spacieuse, moderne et très propre. Pas de nuisance sonore. Une climatisation réversible. Les matelas très confortables et c'est assez rare pour pouvoir le signaler ! Le gestionnaire a été arrangeant et nous a permis de check in un peu plus tôt que prévu pour pouvoir déposer les affaires et se reposer du voyage, lors du début de séjour. L'ambiance du quartier peut interpeller au premier regard, mais nous avons toujours été parfaitement sereins.
