Easy B&B, great service and value for money

Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting.

Located in a large building complex, the B&B could be hard to find, but their staff communication & scheduled meet up was excellent. The flat & rooms were very modern & easy to use, comfortable. We loved the roof top terrace where we watched the city & sea every night.

Charming! Sofia was wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Excellent location...only to get better when Metro station outside is finished! Easy walk from station yet “out” of station area. Place is spotless. View of Vesuvius and terrace, fresh air. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. There’s not one thing I could suggest for improvement...& that’s rare!! Even a fresh saying on the wall. ❤️

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es gibt zwei Bäder (Männer/Frauen), einen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank, super Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Es war sauber und ruhig. Allerdings gab es kein Frühstück was man bei einem B&B schon erwartet. Da sollte man evtl nochmal über den Namen der Unterkunft nachdenken.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat eine super Lage. Es wurde ein Frühstück bei der Buchung angegeben, allerdings vor Ort nicht mehr angeboten.

Милый гостевой дом)

Прекрасный отель (вернее Гостевой дом)! Расположение прям в центре Неаполя (поэтому для тех, кого напрягает шум машин, может этот момент не понравится). Все комнату сделаны со вкусом (хозяйка большая молодец)! Вид с террасы на Везувий, организовывали себе завтрак с прекрасным видом! Уборка всей территории каждый день (в комнатах раз в неделю или по просьбе)! В общем, впечатления от данного гостевого дома остались только положительные, было очень уютно и комфортно! На следующую поездку в Неаполь даже не задумаемся о другом выборе проживания!

Nice, modern, well looked after facilities and the other guests were very quiet while we were there. Excellent aircon. The roof terrace is great in the evenings. Convenient location for ferries, trains and local attractions if you're happy to walk 10 to 15 mins.

Nice rooms, but bad customer service

Located about 10min walk from Garibaldi Plaza and station. When I booked the hotel emailed and asked what time I would arrive, however when I got there no one was available and I had to wait 10min for someone to show up. Host spoke very little English (I have very little Italian) which made communication difficult, and I had to rely on the translation app on my phone for complex question and answers. One morning I decided to sleep in as had a bit of sun stroke, and the host knocked on my door and woke me up around 10:15am to tell me breakfast was finishing - frankly if someone sleeps through breakfast you should let them since it's probably for a good reason!! They need to make some serious customer service improvements. Room itself was fine - I was in the "Country" room which had little country themed decorations which were quirky and fun. Bed was very comfortable and there was a couch in my room to relax on as well. The bathroom is shared with three other rooms, but no issues with over crowding. However, the hotel promises to provide toiletries but these were empty the entire length of my stay. There was also no extra toilet paper in the bathroom which meant when the roll ran out it wasn't replaced until the next day. The rooftop balcony is very nice, and I spent most evenings relaxing out there with a cold drink.

Super B&B, bel accueil! Facile d'accès depuis la gare et depuis le port. Un arrêt de métro à 5 Minutes mais nous avons presque tout fait à pied!

Perfect place to stay - Clean, Bright and Central

This was a great place to stay. Clean and bright with fabulous views of Vesuvius. The breakfasts were lovely too. Just a few minutes walk from the station, and very central to all the different quarters of Naples. We had a fantastic holiday.

Would definitely stay here again!!! This is in a great area of town. People have said it is hard to find, which is true, but it is in a secure/gated building, which is a bonus. We had the Elegant Room and everything about it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, juice, fruit, coffee, etc. The patio was definitely a bonus with a view of Mt. Vesuvio! And the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Great BnB in a perfect location

Very homey place in a great location. This was a lovely bed and breakfast in a great location in Napoli. Its about a 15 minute walk from the station and about a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The flat itself was warm and bright and check in was easy. There is a great rooftop to enjoy a drink and the view on. It is on a main road but on the top floor of the building so you don't hear anything from the street below. Would recommend and would certainly stay here again on my return to Napoli.

Très bonne adresse pas cher à Naples

Une très bonne adresse pas cher et centrale en plein centre historique de Naples à proximité de la gare et du port . Très bon accueil, propre , neuf , au 6eme étage d' un vieil immeuble cossu avec une petite terrasse. Seul inconvénient, pas de salle de bain dans les chambres, mais il n'y a que trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Un très bon rapport qualité /prix.

We loved it

The hotel is great, fully renovated, great decoration and location. The staff was so helpful and kind, Eleonora was so thoughtful about concerns in the city and the person in charge of the kitchen was so sweet and with good attitude.
